Maintenance is at the core of our business. We will always come out to look at your needs as we feel that an accurate price can’t be given without first understanding what your needs are and what your yard looks like. Some companies offer services that aren’t tailored to your needs. Don’t be tricked into accepting quotes over the phone or via mail without first seeing who you are dealing with. You will always have the OWNER come and meet with you to understand your needs and not just a MANAGER!
Commercial Maintenance
The Lawnmen is a growing force in landscape maintenance and horticultural services. From grounds maintenance and water management to seasonal color and tree care, we can handle every aspect of landscape management, drawing upon our experience to serve a wide range of customers, from resorts, retail centers, and corporate campuses to homeowner’s associations, public spaces, and private residences. Our goal is to ensure that the value of your landscape investment appreciates through proper care and sustainable enhancements.
We Offer Two Different Services
Monthly Service
This includes a set monthly price that will typically include: Mowing / Weedeating / Edging (flower beds inc.) / Trimming of plants and shrubs / Thorough clean up at end of service. We will come every other week to cut the lawn in the winter months and every week in the summer, even if it has 5 WEEKS you still pay the same low fixed price.
Per Cut Basis
This is a service that is tailored around your individual needs. You only pay for the times that we come to service your home. This service includes the same areas that the Monthly service does.
